Looking to manage your weight, improve mobility, and enhance your overall health? Join our Physiotherapy-led Health & Fitness Classes, designed specifically for patients with diabetes, obesity, cholesterol or high BMI, referred by their Doctor.

This structured program focuses on safe and effective exercise, helping you regain control through movement, strength training, and endurance, key pillars in long-term health management.
