Financial procedures

Candidates accepted for training programs will be charged as per the following:

• Application Fees 100 AED Non-Refundable are to be paid in order for the application to be processed.
• Physicians: the monthly cost is 2500 AED, first installment should cover the first three months, and is due once the application is accepted, remaining fees will be paid quarterly.
  In addition, a security deposit of 3000 AED should be paid before the start date, security deposit is refundable after completing the training, the cost of the DHA trainee license is 3020 AED and is due once the eligibility letter is received and before applying for the license.
• Pharmacists: the monthly cost is 2000 AED, first installment should cover the first three months, and is due once the application is accepted, remaining fees will be paid quarterly.
  In addition, a security deposit of 3000 AED should be paid, security deposit is refundable after completing the training, the cost of the DHA trainee license is 1020 AED.
• Nurses, and Allied Healthcare professionals: the monthly cost is 1500 AED, first installment should cover the first three months, and is due once the application is accepted, remaining fees will be paid quarterly. A security deposit of 3000 AED is to be paid before the start date and is refunded after completing the training. The cost of the DHA trainee license is 1020 AED.
• Medical University & High School Students: the monthly cost is 1500 AED paid monthly.
• In case an applicant applies for a training period less than one month, the fees for a complete month will be paid.
• In case a trainee wishes to terminate the program, the advanced payment will not be refunded, in addition to part of the security deposit as decided by the Finance office.
• Training fees paid by the applicant can be refunded in case the DHA rejected the license.
