This mechatronic apparatus is donned on the patient and with safe body weight suspension support & robotic control system patient performs kinematics and dynamic activities.
All the exercises performed in the robotic rehabilitation are goal-oriented and linked to a virtual reality system incorporated into the machine. The virtual reality feature in the robotic unit helps to get visual feedback on all the activities.
The biofeedback system enables patients to watch their performance live (eg., speed, number of steps, calories burnt, target achieved, amount of weight transferred, etc.,) which helps to motivate the patient to improve his performance in every step.
