How do I Join?

Enrollment is automatic with your first qualifying transaction. Complete your personal information at the front desk, on our website, or via the SGH app.

What benefits do I get?

1. 250 welcome points upon activation
2. Points on every paid visit
3. Tier-based upgrades with better rewards

How do the membership tiers works?

1. Blue: 0 – 19,999
2. Silver: 20,000 – 49,999
3. Gold: 50,000 – 249,999
4. Platinum: 250,000+

How do i earn points?

1. Automatically with each qualifying payment
2. Reflected within 24 hours for services and 30 days for pharmacy

What payment methods qualify for points?

1. Cash
2. Credit Card
3. Cheque
4. Bank Transfer
5. Payments made using Ahaleena points, vouchers, or gift cards do not earn points. Cash promos earn 50% of the standard point rate.

How do i redeem my points?

1. At any SGH cashier counter
2. Points can cover all or part of the transaction

Can my tier be downgraded?

Yes. If you don’t earn enough tier points in the validity period, your tier may be downgraded but your earned credit points won’t be lost unless they’ve expired.

When do my points expire?

Points expire 36 months from the date earned.
