Mini Program

The Mini program offers an in-depth session on birth physiology and breastfeeding techniques ensuring a smooth preparation to birth. It also includes a lymphatic postpartum massage for body healing & detox or a lactation consultation after birth ensuring parents get their basics right from the beginning.

Deluxe Program

The Deluxe program offers a series of educational sessions covering the important topics of infant handling & babycare, birth preparation and birth plan, breastfeeding education for a healthy lactation journey and baby sleep techniques during the third trimester of pregnancy. It also includes a 1 night 2 day post-natal retreat experience at the Park Hyatt hotel in Dubai to rest & recover before the return home. A complementary photoshoot is also offered as part of this program.

Exclusive Program

The Exclusive program offers comprehensive support, education and wellness sessions from month 1 up until month 9 of pregnancy. Parents indulge in up to 16 hours of education related to nutrition, wellness, emotional support, birth preparation, lactation, infant handling & babycare essentials. It also includes a 3 night 4 day post-natal retreat experience at the Park Hyatt or a 2 night 3 day post-natal retreat experience at the Mandarin Oriental where parents will have extra time to rest and recover after birth. A complementary photoshoot is also offered as part of this program. The Exclusive program provides tailored made support to new parents ensuring peace of mind and self-confidence as new parents addressing the common challenges associated with mental health postpartum at an early stage.
