Graduated from Misr University for sciences and Technology, Egypt with Honors Degree, then joined orthopedic Residency program at ministry of health Syria, and graduating in 2010 rankning first, and Arab Board Orthopedic Surgery Training Program and graduating in 2011, Then Moving to Germany and working at St Anna Hospital Zentrum Fur Orthopadie und UnfallChirurgie in Herne and gathering experience in Joints Reconstruction and Sports Medicine, then starting to work at King Abdul Aziz Medical city in Riyadh and participating in training medical students and orthopedic residents at King Saud university for health sciences Riyadh, in 2019 Dr Rifai was granted Scholarship for lower limb reconstruction at the prestigious University of Toronto, Canada, Polishing his skills in Joint Replacement Surgery, and Sports Medicine injuries.
