Diagnoses and treated severe pediatrics cases in the pediatric ward and PICU such as: Complicated pneumonia (including pleural effusion, empyema, pneumothorax, and impending respiratory failure), severe bronchial asthma and status asthmatics, seizures and status epilepticus, diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), and drowning
