Ms. Fizza Aziz

Fizza has more than 5 years of in-patient/out-patient physiotherapist experience. She is skilled in evaluating and effectively managing patients with mobilization plans, safe transfers, manual therapy techniques, gait and balance training, and manual stretching, including MAITLAND and MULLIGAN mobilization techniques. She is well trained in managing post-operative and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. She specializes in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain by combining hands-on techniques with tailored rehabilitation programs. She is passionate about guiding patients toward better mobility and empowering them with the knowledge to take charge of their recovery journey.
