  • Prior to appointment for any service it is required the payment process to be completed so you can use the service.
  • Once the payment is confirmed via SMS or email, our call center will call you for the appointment booking. (Subject to the valid contact information provided).
  • At least 24 hours prior booking is required. Confirmation of the booking is subject to availability.
  • If any payment is due to be refunded, will be initiated only after the same is duly approved by the respective authority of the hospital to issue the refund in accordance with the applicable Hospital Policy. By issuing cheque only.
  • Services will be cancelled and amounts will be refunded as follow against the request of Client claim:
  • We reserves the full right to refuse / cancel the service in case of any illegal / mal activity performed via online payment gateway.
  • Any service booked during a promotional event will not be considered for cancellation.
  • Cancellation request must be filed within 15 days from the date of payment.

  • Refund Policy
  • All bank processing charges of bank/ software vendor in the event of refund due to cancellation of consultation by patient will be deducted from the refund of the payee.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for the payment within 7 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

    Access of Medical Information at Saudi German Hospital-DUBAI

    Any Patient at Saudi German Hospital-DUBAI Has The Right To Ask For A Copy Of Their Medical Records.

    Saudi German Hospital-DUBAI patients may request a copy of the patient’s detailed records that is contained in their medical record as a Medical Report. A fee may be charged for the detailed Medical Report.

    WHY DO I HAVE TO SIGN CONSENT FOR THE RELEASE OF INFORMATION?

    When a patient signs the consent form for Release of Information, they are giving Saudi German Hospital-DUBAI permission to release or disclose health information to the nominee/representative mentioned in the consent form. All patients must authorize the release of their medical information and highlight to whom this information can be released. You can click RELEASE OF INFORMATION CONSENT FORM to download and fill-up the Consent form to then send to [email protected] Copies of medical records will only be released through the Medical Records Department. The Medical Records Department (Release of Information) is open from 8:00 am until 6:00pm.

    WHEN CAN I GET MY REPORTS?

    Laboratory results are made available in the Mobile Application & SMS Link (Link for IOS & Android), once the final report is authorized by the respective department.
    Request for reports through email or in person, the reports will be released once the final report is authorized by the respective department.

    CAN I HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE RETRIEVE MY RECORDS?

    Records can be released to a representative, spouse or family member if the representative, spouse or family member has a signed authorization from the patient authorizing the release. The representative, spouse or family member must present a valid ID (passport copy or Emirates ID) and a copy of a valid ID from the patient before the information can be released. Records of minor children can be released to the parents without authorization. The parent will need to present their ID to receive the records of their minor child or children.

    CAN I HAVE MY RECORDS EMAILED?

    Yes, we will send your medical information to the registered email address that you have confirmed and duly signed in the Release of Information Consent Form. If you do not have an email address registered with us, complete the following process:

    • Download the Release of Information Consent Form and fill it up to indicate your email address and send the scanned copy to [email protected] or handover in person to the MRD HELPDESK.
    • Send us the completed consent forms to update the contact details.
