Specialty doctor will do the medical assessment based on which it will be decided the diagnostic condition needs physical therapy or some other relevant medical service. Once the approval received from the insurance provider our customer service team will contact you from out-patient physiotherapy and rehabilitation unit to book your physical therapy services.

Massage therapy-its cash only service

The patient may utilize coverage provided by private insurance provider that includes Saudi German hospital services. Alternatively payment can be made in cash or through credit cards directly at the reception counter. Cash service fees will be disclosed at the time of initial visit/individual can call hospital for fees related information.

In-patient and out-patient physical therapy and rehabilitation services are available 7 days a week, schedules are as follows
Out-patient services- 8 am to 8 pm Saturday – Thursday,
8 am to 5 pm-Fridays (Preferably In-Patient).

Individual are requested to call the hospital reception not less than 2 hours if they wish to cancel their respective appointment and can re-schedule them. Two consecutive no-show will subject to “walk-in” appointment then after.”
